Ellie Kemper on The Office
I’m unfortunately not on the right continent to take my own advice, but if you have a television and a spare hour or two tonight, you should definitely watch The Office on NBC, where my friend Ellie Kemper will be taking over as the new receptionist at Dunder Mifflin. I’m told there will be two episodes of the show tonight–one at 8 and one at 9 (subtract an hour if you’re on central time)–and that Ellie will be on the second of these. But you probably should watch both just in case.
Ellie’s been impressing the rest of us for a while now—besides performing with the Upright Citizens Brigade, she’s written for The Onion and appeared several times on Conan—but I think this officially counts as her big break.

Ellie is ridiculously funny, and here’s hoping her character gets a chance to appear on the show for more than a few episodes (and not necessarily just to get paired up with one of the rotating bachelors on the show).

Well I found this page by searching for her, because I just watched the newest Office, and I must say this is one of the cutest women I have ever seen in my life. She is great on the show.
Ellie is adorable! I thought it the minute I saw her on the show, and think it every time she’s on the screen. She is a great fresh face and I hope she sticks around The Office!
